Join our Zoom session during Jennifer Gennari’s oil painting workshop in our New York studio.
While the live workshop is a two-day affair, the demo portion takes place on Saturday, March 2nd from 10:15 am to 1:00 pm ET. Your Zoom ticket allows you access to watch the demo online as it happens.
We will have two camera angles that we will switch between. We will take some questions from our Zoom participants as time permits.
During the demo, you will learn about Jen’s paints and brushes, and her painting technique.
Jen will work in an alla prima style. The process will be streamlined to expertly capture and maintain the strongest impression of the subject possible, in the fastest time possible.
Many virtual attendees like to paint while Jen is teaching. If so, here is a list of Jen’s supplies.

Ms. Gennari uses Ampresand Gesso Panels to paint on but you can use anything you wish. Ms. Gennari’s paints are Ivory black (Michael Harding), English red (Old Holland), vermilion (Zecchi), alizarin crimson (Michael Harding), Cobalt blue (Michael Harding), viridian (Vasari), emerald green (Michael Harding), yellow ochre (Vasari), Naples yellow (Vasari), lead white (Rublev)
